Bio: Derek Grabert’s coaching experience includes working with high school athletes and general fitness clients. He holds a M.S. in nutrition science from the University of Tennessee and a B.A. in integrative physiology from the University of Colorado. He currently develops educational content for the NSCA to help coaches, personal trainers and other health/fitness professionals further their education. Grabert’s research interests include endurance exercise, sports nutrition and the role of diet and exercise in disease prevention.
