Video Description

Quads, glutes & core strengthening. Hold a dumbell with both hands in front of your chest. Drop into a squat, being sure to keep your back straight while lowering into the squat. At the bottom of your squat the majority of your weight should be through your heels and your knees over your feet. Drive down through your heels to return to a standing position, keeping the dumbbell at your chest.
