Great for leg and hip strength as well as core stability and balance. Step on band with one foot, holding on to other end of band with hands. Keep one foot firm and flat on the ground, with a slight bend in knee. Pivot from the hip and lower torso toward ground while the one leg raises. Keep back straight. Return to starting position.
