Well not quite! I did however, get a bike fit, that has totally updated my bikes appearance.   Ok Sorry I couldnt get the picture to rotate!!

The last 2 years has been a long drawn out process of trying to fit properly to my bike which is not suitable for my body type. John Cobb was nice enough to come down to Aggieland and lend us some hand in proper bike fits at a discounted price. As soon as I hoped on, he just shook his head and said "Its all wrong!"Heres some things we did: -Moved the seat up -Move the seat forward -New fork with special lowing feature -tightened aero bars -shifted padsI am practically touching the floor! At my first "ride" around the lot, I felt like I was on the midget mobile! However, I did notice 3 important features: 1) My crotch doesnt hurt (I am trying a new ISM seat- Anyone ever ride one of these?) YAY! 2) My knees no longer hurt! Even more YAY! I looked at before and after pictures and it was crazy what power was getting sucked out of my legs. 3) I am more aero- Both lower to my bike, as well as shoulder arm position. (Not sure if I can yay this yet, I need to see results!)Though, it may take time to get adjusted to my new "aggressive" position, I can highly suggest that a bike fit should be number one on everyones list. Stay tuned...I will do an Updated TT bike time trial next week to see what this really does!
