This came in the mail last week! I finished second among women in the Virginia Triathlon Series (VTS). I thought garnering the top master's female spot last year was pretty much the ultimate, but this past season defied expectations. I'm thankful to have raced healthy and happy (and fairly fast) all season. My goal for 2013 is simply another year of healthy and happy racing. Congratulations to all the other VTS participants and award winners, and huge thanks to the race series director and race directors who put on such tremendous events in beautiful venues throughout Virginia.
