Bio: Dara Wittenberg is certified as a USA Triathlon Level II, USA Track & Field Level I, USA Cycling Expert Level and USA Swimming Coach. She holds a M.S. in exercise physiology and a B.A in psychology. Wittenberg has been a multisport coach for 11 years, working with athletes to fit endurance training into their very busy lives. Her clientele includes lawyers, doctors, full-time mothers, office workers, teachers, nurses and entrepreneurs — all with jam-packed schedules. Her goal is to help each individual strike a balance between training to their maximum potential and balancing the various other aspects of their lives, while providing all the information needed to perform at their best and stay healthy and injury-free. Over the years, Wittenberg’s clients have done everything from complete their first 5k or sprint triathlon to qualify for the Boston Marathon and win age group awards in Ironman triathlons and national championships in jet ski racing.
