Video Description
These exercises are designed to challenge and build muscle groups by introducing the element of instability. Many of the exercises will use an inflatable ball called a Physioball/Stability ball. They are all the same thing. You can purchase them at most sporting goods stores or online at many websites. Make sure if you purchase one that it is burst resistant. Also, due to the unstable nature of ball training you need to be very careful! Only perform the advanced stability ball super circuit when you have progressed through the core circuits. A full breakdown and workout plan recommendations can be found in the PDF accompanying this video series.
