Anterior shoulder and rotator cuff stretch. Hold band in one hand and let it fall behind the back with arm behind head. Grab the other end of the band with the other hand, arm behind the back. Pull the top hand up, allowing the bottom hand to ride up along the back. Hold that stretch. Repeat on the other side.
