Hip flexor and quad stretch. Sitting on the floor, put band around arch of foot and wrap one part of the band around the foot. Lay on your side keeping the stretching leg on top and your hands and the band behind your head. Pull on the band overhead to provide overpressure. Let the stretching leg be pulled back to provide a stretch in the quadriceps and hip flexors. The opposite leg can bend for balance.
