Good for rotaional stability and hip stability. Move into a half kneeling position with the back knee on the ground. Hips, knees, and ankles should be at 90-degrees and the torso upright. Place a dowel rod across the back of the shoulders; elbows should be at 90-degrees and directly below the dowel. Rotate torso in the direction of the forward leg. Return to start position. Repeat for desired sets and reps on both sides.
