Video Description

Lat and shoulder stretch. Stand upright, holding the ends of the band. Raise arms above head. Bend trunk to one side, allowing arms to follow with one hand up and one hand down. In this position slightly pull down with bottom hand and reach high with top hand. Make sure the bending motion is done with the trunk and not the arms. Repeat on the other side.
