Video Description

Hip, quad and glute strength and power with core and balance control. Stand tall in a split stance with one foot in front of the other. Drop your back knee toward the ground. Return to the standing position performing a jump at the top, switching lead legs in the air. Be sure your stance is long enough so your front knee is over your front foot while in your lunge.
