It is race day at IRONMAN 70.3 Boise and Apolo Ohno is taking on his very first triathlon with his teammate, Women's Health fitness director Jen Ator, rooting for him on the sidelines. For Apolo, an eight time short-track speedskater gold medalist, it's his first opportunity to truly understand what it takes to be a long-distance endurance athlete, and Jen is soaking it all in as she continues training for her first triathlon. The main focus for both: gain race experience while getting pointers from Team CHOCOLATE MILK coaches eight-time IRONMAN World Champion Paula Newby-Fraser and three-time IRONMAN World Champion Craig Alexander. Apolo has no idea what to expect when the gun goes off. One thing we know for sure - there will be ice-cold lowfat chocolate milk at the finish line.
