Team MPI - Mark Sortino and John Murray

Mark Sortino is a USA Triathlon Level III Coach, F.I.S.T. certified bike fitter and certified USAT Race Director who has been the Head Coach of Team USAT Paratriathlon since 2012. Mark has coached Ironman 70.3 and Ironman World Championship qualifiers along with National and World Champion ITU Paratriathletes. Mark also coaches 2015 ESPY winner Krige Schabort. Additionally Mark has been the head coach for all of the USA Paratriathlon High Performance Camps. Mark is also a US Veteran having served 20 years in the US Navy as a Naval Flight Officer and is a graduate of the US Naval Academy. Mark is a 16-Ironman and 3-time Kona finisher and is the co-founder and CEO of Team MPI (Multisport Performance Institute) - a multisport coaching and events company providing a diverse spectrum of services designed for beginner to elite and professional level athletes through individual coaching, camps, clinics and event production. John Murray is a USA Triathlon Level II certified Coach, An ASCA Level II certified Coach and a USAT certified Race Director. John has over 25 years of coaching competitive swimmers and Masters Clubs and has completed over 70 triathlons including 2 Ironmans. John coaches Team USA Paratriathlon High Performance Camps and is a Head Coach for Team Semper Fi Camps annually. John is also a US Veteran having served in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman (FMF) and is a Registered Nurse. John is co-founder and President of MPI (Multisport Performance Institute) - a multisport coaching and events company providing a diverse spectrum of services designed for beginner to elite and professional level athletes through individual coaching, camps, clinics and event production. Mark Allen

Mark Allen is a living legend in the triathlon community. He's a 6-Time Hawaii Ironman World Champion, Voted "The Greatest Endurance Athlete of All Time" by ESPN. He has also excelled at the Olympic distance, winning the sport's inaugural World Championships in 1989 in Avignon, France, by more than a minute. He was undefeated in 10 trips to the Nice International Championships, and from 1988-1990 he put together a winning streak of 20 races. Over the course of his racing career, which ended in 1996, he maintained a 90% average in top-three finishes. He was named Triathlete of the Year six times by Triathlete magazine, and in 1997 Outside magazine tabbed him The World's Fittest Man. Allen was inducted into the Ironman Triathlon Hall of Fame in 1997 and USA Triathlon Hall of Fame in 2011. Sage Rountree

Sage Rountree is an internationally recognized authority in yoga for athletes and an endurance sports coach specializing in athletic recovery. Sage is the author of five books, including The Athlete's Guide to Yoga and Racing Wisely. Wes Hobson

Wes was a professional triathlete who retired in 2003 after one of the most successful careers ever in the sport. In his 12 years of racing pro he was selected "Triathlete of the Year" by the USOC and was ranked top five in the USA for nine years. He is also the author of "Swim, Bike, Run" and was a producer and featured athlete in Endurance Films, "Triathlon ~ Through the Eyes of the Elite, Triathlon ~ Racing Faster and Rides ~ The Rockies: Volume 1." He went on to coach and was was selected by his peers as a member of the USAT Board of Directors and served on the US Professional Triathlon and Duathlon Committee.

Andy Potts

After turning professional triathlete in 2003, Andy was named USAT Rookie of the Year. With only eighteen months of triathlon specific training, Andy realized his childhood dream of becoming an Olympian by earning a spot to the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Since then Andy has been a regular podium presence winning his first World Cup in 2005 and finishing the 2006 season ranked 3rd in the world. In 2007, Andy blew up the triathlon scene by winning the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro and followed that impressive performance by winning the Ironman 70.3 World Championship. Consequently, Andy was named USA Triathlon's non-drafting and draft-legal Triathlete of the Year as well as Triathlete Magazine's All-Round Triathlete of the Year. 2008 brought upon new challenges with Ironman racing where Andy continued to impress. In his Ironman debut, Andy finished 7th at the Ironman World Championships. He has since added Ironman Champion to his accolades. Most recently, Andy was the 2014 Escape from Alcatraz Champion.

Bob Seebohar

Bob Seebohar, M.S., R.D., C.S.S.D., C.S.C.S., is one of the first Board Certified Specialists in Sports Dietetics and is a Sport Dietitian for the United States Olympic Committee where he provides nutrition expertise for Olympic athletes. He is one of the foremost experts on nutrition for endurance athletes and is a regular speaker at many national level conferences as well as triathlon and cycling coaching education clinics. Bob is also an exercise physiologist, a USA Triathlon Certified Elite Coach, a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a competitive triathlete and runner.

Jeff Galloway

A lifetime runner, Galloway was an All-American collegiate athlete and a member of the 1972 US Olympic Team in the 10,000 meters. He remains a competitive athlete, continuing through a successful masters running career. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Galloway Productions, which conducts a broad range of training programs and events yearly; he also owns two running specialty stores. He has written several books on training and writes a monthly column for Runner's World magazine. As the innovator of the acclaimed Run-Walk-Run training method, Jeff has coached over 250,000 people over 30 years to reach their goal of completing a marathon in a six-month time frame.

Joe Friel

Joe Friel has trained endurance athletes since 1980. His clients are elite amateur and professional road cyclists, mountain bikers, triathletes, and duathletes. They come from all corners of the globe and include American and foreign national champions, world championship competitors, and an Olympian. He is the author of ten books on training for endurance athletes including the popular and best-selling Training Bible book series. He holds a masters degree in exercise science, is a USA Triathlon and USA Cycling certified Elite-level coach, and is a founder and past Chairman of the USA Triathlon National Coaching Commission. Joe conducts seminars around the world on training and racing for cyclists, multisport athletes, and coaches, and provides consulting services for corporations in the fitness industry. Bob Babbitt

Bob Babbitt co-founded Competitor Magazine back in 1987. He created Competitor Radio in 1990, the Competitor Awards Gala in 1992, co-founded the Challenged Athletes Foundation in 1993, and the Muddy Buddy Ride and Run Series in 1999. For the past three decades he has worked diligently to create unique and successful properties, and to grow the world of endurance sports.
