The Endurance Films Training Institute is a powerful tool to help you find the exact resources you are looking for. But as with all technology, there may be a bit of a learning curve. Here are some answers to some of the more obvious (and not so obvious) site functionality questions you might have.

The video should play smooth like butter. If for some reason it does not, there are several things you can do. We've put together an article listing everything you can do to optimize the performance of EFTI on your system. The first thing we recommend is to use Chrome as your browser. Chrome handles video better than any other browser and will not cause some of the most common video "stutter" that some people may encounter. Click here for the complete article on technical issues.

There are a few ways to find material on EFTI.

  1. If you type a keyword in the search box on the upper right of the page, a new page will open displaying site-wide results from video, blog posts and even our old school DVD store
  2. A keyword search in the lower search box near the filter drop down menus will open a new page displaying only streaming video results
  3. Filters. This is most powerful way to sort your videos. Here you can select multiple filters to narrow down your results. For example, you might select "Triathlon" from the "Topics" filter as well as "Mark Allen" from the "Coach/Presenter" filter. The result will be videos that only have the "Triathlon" and "Mark Allen" tags.

When you first sign in, you'll see that videos initially appear in various carousels. The "Continue Watching" carousel is unique to you and is an easy way to navigate to your most recently viewed content. The other carousels such as "New Releases" and "Series Collections" are the same for all EFTI members.

The content is all available on-demand, streaming to any computer or mobile device. You'll need either WiFi or a data enabled cellular connection. For the moment, the content is not available for offline viewing. But we're working on that. Stay tuned!

You’ll have unlimited access to our entire library of endurance sport content on subjects including technique, nutrition, training, race strategy, highlights, and much more. We have over a thousand videos in our library presented by some of the world's leading experts, coaches and athletes.
