Great for core strength. While laying flat on your back crunch up with your arms and legs straight so that your feet and hands meet in the middle over your hips. This is an advanced move, so make sure your low back remains on the ground. If you have low back pain with this exercise, build your core with another exercise until you are strong enough to complete this one with no pain.
