Great for rotary core strength and control. From a seated position with legs off the ground, create an arc with your hands by bringing them to one side of your body and twisting to the other side of your body. If you are struggling keeping your legs off the ground, or your low back begins to ache you can complete the move with your feet on the ground, knees bent.
