Great for shoulder and rotational core strength. Stand on the band with one foot and hold the other end with the opposite hand. Reach toward the foot with the band as you rotate the body and lower sligtly through the legs. Drive up through the legs as you rotate the torso and drive the elbow up and back, as if starting a lawn mower. Lower to starting position and repeat.
